Step One: See What Is Actually Happening
Learn how to separate yourself from the pattern and map what is presenting across your thoughts, emotions, body, energy, behavior, and identity—without deciding too quickly what it means.
You'll create your Presenting Pattern Snapshot, beginning with one real situation in which your Power Leak becomes recognizable.
Step Two: Find What Has Become the Authority
Discover where your choices may be organizing around something outside you—and learn the difference between being informed by external reality and becoming externally organized by it.
You'll identify what you may be monitoring, managing, preventing, preserving, or trying to guarantee when the pattern activates.
Step Three: Discover the Adaptive Story
Explore what the pattern may have learned it needs to do for you—and uncover the belief, expectation, role, or unwritten rule that may be keeping the old organization in place.
Instead of asking, “What's wrong with me?” you'll begin asking, “What might this pattern believe it is accomplishing?”
Step Four: Find the Loyalty Conflict
Explore the space between what you Know and what you believe honoring what you Know may cost you.
You'll identify where belonging, approval, achievement, identity, certainty, responsibility, relationship, or another perceived consequence may be making it difficult to remain in relationship with yourself.
This is where Inner Authority begins becoming Self-Loyalty.
Step Five: Map Your Next Reclamation Move
Bring everything you've discovered together to identify what appears ready for reclamation and choose one proportionate Self-Loyal experiment to practice in your real life.
You'll complete your personal Inner Authority Reclamation Map™ and identify the embodied evidence you'll watch for as you begin participating differently.
